I do not know of him but having read the article you reference, he was a passionate man of the arts. I do like the dressing down he gave at the public meeting. You must be feeling as Sydney would feel if our John Bell were to die.
Golly, I did not realise it was that small. I assumed that you were a suburb of a larger conglomerate. Yes, indeed, the grief would be more keenly felt. The vast majority of Sydney would ask which football team John Bell plays for!

ReplyDeleteExcept, of course, that Stratford is so much smaller than Sydney (only 30,000 people here) that the grief:person ratio is higher.
