I've always wanted to try to paint a picture of this building.  But with all those windows and the patterns in the bricks, photographing it is easier on my patience!

Back Again

Two weeks turned out to be three, but we finally have an internet connection again!

I took this picture today, on my way downtown.  I think that railroad tracks, no matter where they lead, or how infrequently they're used, are inherently exciting.  It's that air of possibility, that whiff of adventure....

 

Life's a Blur

My husband and I are moving to new digs tomorrow.

It's actually a three-step process, including some time with no internet connection.  So I'm afraid I need to take a two week blogging break.

I will have a whole new neighbourhood to explore, though, so I'll be back August 18 with lots of pictures to share!
