Park Towers

An example of fairly nasty 1960's architecture.

The people in the apartments have a great view of parkland.

  1. I know what you mean Barb. Seems practically every city has utilitarian living quarters. I love the architecture I've been seeing though in Startford.

  2. Wow! That is pretty nasty architecture. Give it time, though. Undoubtedly a developer will come along, snatch up the building and either demolish it completely and replace it with a contemporary glass and steel minimalist monstrosity or redesign the facade to "modernize" and then sell all the units as condos.

  3. Oh dear! Such frightening ideas...

And Jill - yes, most of the architecture here is quite lovely.

Well hello there! What do you think?
