Where is Stratford?
We're in Southern Ontario, Canada
That building is old but it has had a lot of work done on it, including the bricks have been repointed and the outside looks like it must have been pressure washed (probably before repointing the bricks). But it ends up being a very nice building and the new iron balcony is just one more detail that would make a grand place to park and watch the traffic going by on a 70s F summer night.
